Returns for Physical Products

For physical set top boxes customers can request a return within 7 days of delivery if the product is defective, damaged or not functioning the way it should. to be eligible for a return.

● The product must be unused and in its original packaging
● All accessories and manuals that came with the product must be included

Once the returned item is received and inspected a replacement or refund will be issued based on the issue that was identified during the inspection process.

Digital Products and IPTV Subscriptions

For digital services and IPTV subscriptions refunds are not really possible once the service has been turned on or used. Once access is given digital products just cannot be returned. but if something goes wrong technically or the service stops working the support team will jump in pretty quickly to fix the issue or add more time to the subscription.
